This 1200 by 1200 dpi, 45 ppm black and white laser printer features HP's newest fuser technology that prints the first page out of a document within eight seconds or less. The high print speeds and print resolution are aided by the 460MHz processor and the REt, ProRes 1200 and FastRes 1200 resolution schemes. The HP LaserJet 4250 has some nice features for customers including a web based printer management interface and four line display on the printer.
The HP LaserJet 4250 operates using an all-in-one style laser print cartridge, that incorporates all of the imaging components and toner powder supply parts into one complete unit. The standard page capacity Q5942A laser print cartridge for this printer is rated for 10,000 A4/letter size pages at 5 per cent coverage, while the high capacity Q5949X prints about 20,000 A4/letter size pages at 5 per cent coverage.
