The laser toners that we stock
are specially manufactured for use in the laser toner print
cartridges to which they are compatible. During the laser toner
formulation process, careful attention is paid to the magnetic
characteristics and chemical make-up of the laser toner fashioned
for use in your laser machine.
A new trend in laser toner print
cartridge design, has been to incorporate the use of computer
chips into the functioning of the laser toner print cartridge.
Most new HP and Lexmark laser toner print cartridges contain
chips. The chips must be replaces for all new Lexmark laser toner
print cartridges and color HP laser toner print cartridges for the
laser toner print cartridge to print when returned to the laser
machine. HP's monochrome laser toner print cartridges have chips
as well, but they are only needed to enable the "toner
low" and other similar functions.

Q. I see that you have a tool to make a hole in the
toner powder cartridge. Is that the way you renew them when I purchase
restored toner powder cartridges from you?
A. No, the restored toner powder cartridges that we offer are remanufactured by disassembling the
toner powder cartridge, cleaning and replacing the parts that are worn out. The reason for this is because
recharging with the tool and plug is suitable when you don't need to ship the
toner powder cartridge, and where you are familiar with the starting condition of the
toner powder cartridge to be restored. However, there are some
toner powder cartridges that have pre-existing OEM toner powder hopper plugs, and there are also some that can't be
restored without making a hole to reach the toner powder hopper.
